The manufacturer, packer where applicable, country of origin, generic name, quantity, dimensions, approximate weight, material, purity, finish, stone details, maximum retail price and other product-specific declarations are stated on the relevant product page, package or invoice as applicable. Product-specific facts must be taken from verified vendor, manufacturing, packaging and inventory records.

Ratniva does not claim that a product is waterproof, anti-tarnish, nickel-free, hypoallergenic, certified or BIS hallmarked unless that claim is verified and expressly stated for the relevant product.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. The maximum retail price displayed for a product is inclusive of applicable taxes. Any delivery charge or other lawful charge will be disclosed before payment.

The Ratniva name, logos, trade dress, product and graphic designs, photographs, videos, text, layout, software and website content belong to Ratniva or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal shopping use is permitted. Reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works requires prior written permission unless permitted by law.

Ratniva endeavours to keep website information accurate and current. Product availability, minor handcrafted variations, device-dependent colour display and clearly disclosed corrections are governed by the Terms and Conditions.
